With the US now importing 70% of our oil needs or 700 Billion annually we simply can't afford 7 TRILLION on fuel over the next 10 years!!!!

T. Boone Picken's a man who made his own billions from oil is proposing a radical plan to reduce the need for oil. His claim is partly enviromental but being a business man his pitch is passed on the financials.
