Every Friday I am going to post something that we miss from Omaha. These are not in any particular order (so please no hurt feelings!)
Hector's Mexican Food
Hector's was our Mexican food fix in Omaha. The restaurant is owned by a San Deigo transplant who was a big LT Fan and produced the closest thing to Mexican food we could find. There were not hashbrowns in the burritos and no sign of ranch dressing. Most of all I think we miss eating here with our friends and family. There are too many great memories from eating here to share but maybe some of the readers can highlight theirs.
