This car belongs to one of the parents at Madison's school and I have been trying for months trying to catch a photo of their licence plate frames... Below is my best and last chance to get a photo for proof.
This distrubing person thought it would be OK to drive around town with a car stating: "Thank Heaven for Little Girls". Sorry but this is just creepy. I think in LA someone would have pulled this a-hole out of their car and bashed in the pedaphile.
