The Valencia High School dance team had a very interesting fund raiser that we somehow participated in. A couple of weeks back we drove up to the house late one evening and our lawn was covered in Pink Flamingos. Attached to our door was an envelope containing instructions how to participate. You could pay to have the flock sent to your friends, pay to find out who sent them to you or pay to have them picked up quicker than the 24 hours they promised.
Maybe the church youth could do this?

They must get around if they are flocking everyone in the SCV.
